ASIA Pharmaceutical industries consists of 15 separate buildings:

Building A:

It is the main building of the factory, it includes 8 main departments:

1- Administration, it includes:

- Directors rooms.

- Secretary.

- Documentation department.

- Marketing department.

- ISO department.

- Registration department.

- Export & Import department.

- Financial affairs departments.

2- Production departments, which includes:

- Non-hormone Tablets for Oral Administration department.

- Effervescent Tablets department.

- Hard Gelatin Capsules department.

- Soft Gelatin Capsules (Sterile and Non-sterile) department.

- Oral Liquids (Syrups, Suspensions, Drops, Emulsions) department.

- Herbal Products (Tablets, Capsules) department.

- Oral Cephalosporins (Tablets, Capsules, Powders for Oral Solutions or Suspensions) department.

- Dermatological Drugs (Ointments, Creams, Gels, Topical Solutions) department.

- Suppositories (Rectal and Vaginal) department.

- Injectable Solutions (in ampoules, in vials) department.

- Insulins department.

3- Raw materials stores (active ingredients, excipients, and coating materials).

4- Research & Development laboratory.

5- Quality control laboratories (physical, chemical, and microbiological laboratories).

6- Free medical samples store.

7- Engineering department.

8- Maintenance department.

Building B:

It includes the "penicillins powders for injection" department.

Building C:

It includes the "cephalosporins powders for injection" department.

Building D:

It is a new building, in which, Non-hormone tablets for oral administration, are also produced.

Building G1:

It is specified for the stay of the factory guests.

Building G2:

It is specified for the stay of the foreign experts working at the factory.

Building F:

It includes the "hormone tablets for Oral Administration" department.

Building L:

It is specified for the technical services.

Building U:

It is specified for the main services.

Building S1:

It includes new stores for the raw materials and finished products.

Building I:

It is the building, in which, garbage is discarded according to the ISO instructions.

Building J:

It includes the flammable materials store.

Building K:

It includes water treatment plant

Building N:

It is specified for the reception of the western entrance of the factory.

Building P:

It is specified for the reception of the eastern entrance of the factory.

Building Q:

It is specified for the reception of the administration entrance.

- Besides these buildings, there are 6 other buildings:

It is specified for the reception of the administration entrance.

Buildings H, M1, M2:

It is specified for the future factory extensions.

Building O:

It is the old building of the factory.

Building S:

It includes the old stores of the factory.

Note: Each production building has got its own quality control laboratories, and maintenance departments.
